Mubitek is an engineering and technology company founded in 2005, backed by nearly 35 years of cumulative experience in automotive tooling, fixtures and manufacturing engineering. The company specializes in the design, production coordination and commissioning of body welding fixtures, tooling systems and special-purpose machines, delivering end-to-end solutions to the automotive and commercial vehicle industry.

Mubitek has extensive expertise in bus body assembly systems, including body marriage fixtures, complete floor assemblies, side wall and main body fixtures, all of which have been successfully installed and commissioned on-site. Over the last eight years, approximately 70% of Mubitek’s turnover has been generated through exports, serving leading OEMs such as MAN (Ankara and Poland), Anadolu Isuzu, TOFAŞ and Ford Otosan.
Building on its strong engineering background, Mubitek develops digital solutions that increase efficiency from design to manufacturing. Supported by TÜBİTAK and KOSGEB, the company has successfully completed 11 R&D projects to date. Mubitek’s CATIA-based add-on solutions enable standardization and productivity improvements in tooling design processes, while integrated process and document management platforms ensure full digital traceability from design through production. These solutions have also been implemented at corporate scale, including the digitalization of contract, compliance, ethics and legal process management for large industrial groups.

Through material optimization, scrap reduction and energy-efficient design methodologies, Mubitek contributes to lowering environmental impact already at the design stage.
