Mubitek

Mubitek was established in 2005 to engage in design engineering activities. It accomplished Turkey's first direct mold design export to the Spanish company Matrici. The company has undertaken the design of more than 1000 molds for main body parts of automobile brands such as Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Opel, Audi, Ford, Renault, PSA, Nissan, Lancia, Fiat, Iveco, Ferrari, Maserati, Aston Martin, McLaren and successfully managed production tracking. In 2019, Mubitek started designing and manufacturing welding fixtures for buses for MAN in Turkey and Poland. The Body Joining/Welding fixture design project is an example of Mubitek's successful initiatives in the bus sector. Especially through reverse engineering applications, it has redesigned and implemented the production of existing body joining (welding) fixtures, reducing setup times, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing quality in bus body geometry by addressing measurement and stability errors. Mubitek closely monitors industry changes with up to 90% in design and production exports and CAD experience. Leading innovation efforts in design with the support of KOSGEB and TÜBİTAK R&D, the company has developed software that enhances efficiency from design to production. As a result of these efforts, Mubitek has received numerous awards and has become one of the champions of innovation.
