Rocker, toggle, pushbutton, rotary, and anti-vandal switches are electromechanical components used for function and status switching on control panels. Mechanical battery disconnect switches that require manual actuator intervention and motorized or bistable magnetic versions controlled remotely via electrical signal are main circuit breakers used to disconnect the battery from the electrical system. They operate at 100–500 A, 6–36 V DC, in SPST/DPST/SP3T configurations; IP67–IPX9K sealing along with UL, ADR, and ECE R10 certifications meet harsh-environment requirements.

Busbars with 3–30 stud capacity for multi-line current distribution, single- and multi-stud terminals that consolidate power and ground lines, panel feed-through bushings and posts that transfer current between panel sides, and cover and insulator packages are conductive connection components covering current distribution, stud connection, and panel feed-through. Tab-type quick disconnect, corrosion resistance through stainless hardware, and high IP protection through waterproof constructions are available.

In-line and high-current power distribution modules that combine fuse, relay, and distribution functions in a single unit are integrated circuit protection and switching components used for centralized power distribution. Multiple outputs, IP67/IP69K protection ratings, and CAN-based remote monitoring and control options reduce wiring complexity; AEC-Q200 and OEM qualifications meet harsh-environment requirements.

High-current DC relays, bistable latching relays, and high-voltage DC contactors are electromechanical components that switch high-current loads using low-current control signals, spanning from classic DC relays to EV contactors. Ring and lug terminal insulators, custom-sized and custom-shaped lug insulators, post and dual-post battery terminal insulators, detachable adapters, L-type side-post insulators, and dedicated insulators for breakers and auxiliary connectors are polymer insulation components that cover terminal points against short circuits and weather exposure. Snap-on mounting, flexible cable entry, red/black polarity differentiation, and compliance with marine-grade battery safety standards are provided.

Blade, cartridge, and high-current fuses; in-line and high-current fuse holders; blade-cartridge and high-current fuse blocks; and in-line and high-current power distribution modules (PDMs) are circuit protection components that handle overcurrent protection and power distribution end-to-end. They operate across 1–500 A, 32–120 VDC, and IP67/IP69K ranges; AEC-Q200, ISO 8820-4, and UL 94 V-0 certified.

Single- and dual-port USB-A/USB-C chargers in rectangular snap housings, along with combo USB-A+USB-C and single USB-C configurations in round housings, are panel-mount components for mobile device charging. They support BC1.2, Power Delivery, Quick Charge, and PPS protocols; spring-loaded automatic caps, high IP protection, and LED status indicators are standard across the series.

Single-axis finger, dual-axis full-hand and thumb joysticks, haptic-feedback variants, and ergonomic full-hand control handles are contactless Hall-effect control modules used for function control. ±30° angle, IP65–IP68 protection, EN 12895 EMC, and EN ISO 13849 PL d/PL C functional safety certifications deliver 3.5–5 million cycles of service life.

Cigarette-lighter-compatible plugs and sockets, standard sockets, triple panel-mount versions, and flexible plug variants with 180° rotating heads are plug and socket solutions for power distribution. Built to the DIN EN ISO 4165 standard in Ø21 mm and Ø12 mm formats, they operate at 12–24 V DC and 8–16 A; panel-mount sockets extend up to 20 A on 2.5 mm² cable. TÜV-certified at 16 A.

Three-control, two-control with thumb joystick, and dual-joystick with travel direction armrest configurations are modular cabin consoles that consolidate operator functions at a single point. Built around a modular structure of armrest, control unit, and extension panel, they offer horizontal adjustment and optional gas-spring height adjustment; contactless Hall-effect joysticks and CANopen communication run the system.
