Busworld Europe (Kortrijk) started in 1971 and was held every two years in Kortrijk, Belgium. From 2019 it will move from Kortrijk to Brussels, due to a shortage of exhibition space. With over 40 years of experience, it is the oldest, biggest and most famous bus and coach exhibition in the world. Busworld exhibitions are exclusively dedicated to buses and coaches, no other commercial (truck, van, …) or other public transport vehicles (tram, train,…) are represented.

In 2001, Busworld went worldwide and it now has 6 sister exhibitions covering all continents (Turkey, India, Russia, South East Asia, Central Asia, Latin America). Busworld is very proud of and grateful for the international network it has established during the years.

HKF Trade Fairs was founded in 2002 in Istanbul with the objective of organizing prime quality international trade fairs in Turkey. Since 2004 the company is a full member of UFI, the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry. Bekir Çakıcı, the Chairman of HKF Trade Fairs, has been a member of the Board of Directors of UFI since 2006 and in 2014 he was also elected as the Vice Chairman of the European Chapter of UFI.

BUSWORLD TURKEY, the International Trade Fair for Bus Industry and Accessories, has been biannually organized since 2007 in cooperation with the Belgian based Busworld.
